OTC 2012: New booster module, compressor manufacture top Atlas Copco list

HOUSTON –Atlas Copcowill be introducing its new Hurricane M-41 booster module in its OTC booth this year. The new booster can be driven by a rig’s existing engine or by a hydraulic or electric motor, and also a PTO transfer case. The package is 54 in x 57 in x 65 in with a dry weight of about 4,000 lb.

The new Atlas Copco Compressors Product Co. is now operational producing a range of standard and custom air compressors, dryers, and skid packages at its Houston facility. It, too, will be prominent at the Atlas Copco booth.
