CALGARY, Alberta – Nexen Inc. has announced that Marvin Romanow, president and CEO, is leaving the company effective immediately. Kevin Reinhart, executive VP and CFO, has been appointed interim president and CEO.

Gary Nieuwenburg, executive VP of Canada, is also leaving the company effective immediately.
