ABU DHABI, UAE – SBM offshore reports delivery and hand-over of the semisubmersible drilling rig Lone Star to Queiroz Galvão Perfuraçoes S.A. offshore Abu Dhabi.
SBM says this is the first of three semisubmersible drilling rigs it will supply Brazilian clients. The second rig is scheduled for delivery before year-end, and the third is set for 2011.
