SHARJAH, UAE -- Engineering group Lamprell has a Memorandum of Understanding with Eurasia Drilling Co. to construct a Le Tourneau-designed super 116E jackup for use in the Caspian Sea. The two parties are in contract negotiations with a view to entering into a binding construction contract.
