BERGEN, Norway -- BP Norge has awarded Technocean a two-year service agreement to provide integrated subsea services in the North Sea.

Following the signing, Technip was given a purchase order for the Valhall LoFS (Life of field seismic) rectification program. The work comprises subsea structure replacement, cable repair, recovery and re-installation, dredging, and general survey and inspection work.

Technocean’s sister company Scan Mudring is performing the dredging using its Scan Machine 1 and ROV-mounted dredging system. The operation started last month onboard the Technocean vessel Volstad Surveyor.
