Entek farms into High Island A300, A301 in GoM

Entek Energy Ltd. has farmed into High Island blocks A300 and A301 in the Gulf of Mexico.

WEST PERTH, Western Australia –Entek Energy Ltd. has farmed into High Island blocks A300 and A301 in the Gulf of Mexico. An exploration well is planned to start this month, depending upon rig schedule.

In the High Island Area, East Addition, South Extension. The blocks are 5,760 acres (23.3 sq km) each in approximately 190 ft (58 m) water depth.

Entek will earn a 15% working interest by paying 20% of the first well to casing point. Thereafter, Entek's participation cost will revert to 15%.
