Devon Energy elects two officers

Devon Energy Corp. has appointed William D. Fulton as VP, enterprise project management. Based in Houston, he is responsible for review, recommendation, and oversight of initiatives other than exploration and production, and midstream capital projects.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma --Devon Energy Corp. has appointed William D. Fulton as VP, enterprise project management. Based in Houston, he is responsible for review, recommendation, and oversight of initiatives other than exploration and production, and midstream capital projects.

Fulton joined Devon in 2000 when the company acquired Santa Fe Snyder Corp. and most recently served as production and operations manager for the Southern Division.

He has a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Gregory T. Kelleher has been elected VP and general manager of the Southern Division. He most recently was deepwater manager and exploration manager for Devon's Gulf Division. He also will be in Houston.

Kelleher holds a bachelor's degree in geological engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a master's degree in geology from West Virginia University.

"Bill Fulton and Greg Kelleher have proven themselves to be capable professional managers and are well qualified for their new positions," says John Richels, Devon's president. "We are especially pleased to have the depth of management talent at Devon that enables us to fill executive positions such as these with internal candidates."
