(West Africa) - Hyperdynamics Corp. plans to significantly expand its exploration efforts and is in technical discussions with oil industry contractors as well as E&P companies.

The company says there is a growing interest for participation in its expanded exploration plans for its 16-million-acre concession offshore the Republic of Guinea, West Africa.

Of special interest to Hyperdynamics, PremierOil plans to drill two high impact wells in Guinea Bissau in November 2006.

Premier has also completed its 2D seismic acquisition work in blocks 7C and 7B in Guinea Bissau.

These PremierOil blocks border Hyperdynamics' concession to the north offshore the Republic of Guinea and are just a short distance away from some of the prospects that Hyperdynamics has targeted, says Hyperdynamics.
