Xu Keqiang has resigned as CEO of CNOOC Ltd. and has been redesignated from executive director of the company to nonexecutive director. Zhou Xinhuai has been appointed executive director and CEO, and Yan Hongtao has been named vice president. 

Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has promoted Euan Shirlaw to CEO. He will also continue to fulfil his previous responsibilities as CFO. Marianne Eide has been promoted COO.

Buru Energy has appointed Thomas Nador CEO.

Twenty20 Energy has named Geoff Lawrence CEO and a member of the board of directors.

Stefano Venier has been selected as Snam's new CEO and general manager.

Siemens Gamesa has appointed Tim Dawidowsky COO.

Eidesvik Offshore has named Arve NilsenCOO and Ellen Sofie Ottesen CTO.

Lee Jordan has been named GATE Energy’s new CEO. He will replace Founder Grant Gibson, who will be transitioning to chairman of the board of directors and director of Singapore. Karthik Annadorai has been appointed president and chief revenue officer.

Halliburton Co. Lance Loeffler, executive vice president and CFO, will assume the role of senior vice president of Halliburton Co.’s Middle East North Africa region. Eric Carre, executive vice president, global business lines and chief HSE officer, will assume the role of CFO. 

H. Keith Jennings, executive vice president and CFO, will leave Weatherford International Plc, effective July 31. The company has initiated a search for a replacement.

Reabold has appointed Chris Connolly CFO. 

Permex Petroleum Corp. has appointed Greg Montgomery CFO and corporate secretary. He succeeds Scott Kelly, who will continue to serve as a director of the company.

Greensea has named Rob Howard chief growth officer.

BW Ideol has hired Alberto Peña Sicilia as the head of development for Southern Europe.

Tendeka has selected Maurilio Solano as a new business development manager for Latin America.

Cairn Oil & Gas has named Neha Saxena Shenoy deputy chief human resources officer.

HydraWell and READ have joined forces to create a well integrity specialist company, which will be led by HydraWell CEO Mark Sørheim. The combined company will be located with offices and bases in Stavanger, Aberdeen and Houston together with presence in Alaska, Australia, Brazil, Malaysia and Qatar.
