ABERDEEN, UK – Total has awarded TWMA a three-year drilling waste management contract to support the company’s UK continental shelf activities.

Since October, when the program started, TWMA has been providing a tailored drill cuttings management package using its TCC RotoMill thermal processing technology and EfficientC skip and ship solution, including the newly developed Air Transfer System.

TCC RotoMill processes drill cuttings to separate the material into oil, water, and solids. Recovered oil is re-used in the drilling process, while recovered water and solids are dispersed safely on location, in compliance with legislation.

TWMA has worked for Total since 2003 offshore the UK, Norway, Angola, and elsewhere.
