ABERDEEN, UK – Siccar Point Energy E&P has agreed to a contract extension with North Atlantic Drilling for the semisubmersible West Hercules for two wells west of Shetland.
After completing theCambo appraisal well next year, the rig will then drill an exploratory well on the Lyon prospect in license P.1854.
This follows the recently announced farm-out of part of the license toINEOS.
