OSLO, Norway – Eni Norge can restore the Goliat field in the Barents Sea to full production.
The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) gave the company the all-clear after it had fulfilled theconditions of an order issued on Oct. 6, 2017.
This was imposed followed an audit of the field’s electrical safety during Sept. 19-28. Eni undertook the required modifications late last month.
