Offshore staff
SINGAPORE – Sembcorp Marine subsidiary PPL Shipyard has terminated three contracts with Integradora de Servicios Petroleros Oro Negro and its subsidiary Oro Negro Vastus Pte for the construction of three jackup drilling rigs.
The jackups have been technically accepted by Oro Negro but delivery has been deferred.
PPL stresses the termination is in accordance with terms of its deferment agreements with Oro Negro.
