Gas flowing again at Tamar in eastern Mediterranean

TEL AVIV, Israel – Production has restarted at the Tamar platform offshore Israel, according to partner Delek Group.
Operator Noble Energy shut down the facility last week after finding a crack in the exhaust pipe used to release natural gas and pressure, for routine operational reasons and during emergencies.
However, repairs were completed yesterday. Scheduled upgrade works continue on the platform.
