ABERDEEN, UK – Statoil UK has awarded Augean North Sea Services (ANSS) a five-year waste management contract, with extension options.
This covers all wastes from UK North Sea drilling, hook-up, and production operations (mainly theMariner field development in the East Shetland basin).
ANSS was formed in 2012 to provide comprehensive waste management services to the oil and gas industry, and industrial cleaning services including NORM Decontamination.
It recently announced development of a multi-million-pound Decommissioning Center in Dundee, eastern Scotland.
