BERGEN, Norway– Shearwater GeoServices Norway AS has received a letter of award from Wintershall Norge AS for a 3D seismic survey of blocks PL 768/768B in the Barents Sea.
ThePolar Empress will acquire the survey that covers about 965 sq km (372 sq mi) in direct continuation of the vessel’s ongoing survey in the Barents Sea.
COO Peter Hooper said the company will also deliver pre and post stack time processing and imaging products.
