BROUSSARD, Louisiana–LQT Industries has been awarded the refurbishment and outfitting of a single-lift accommodations facility for an oil and gas company.
LQT is providing project management, procurement, and construction teams to complete the project. The project consists of demolition and refurbishment of the two-story single lift main living quarters. The company is replacing most of the interior of the facility including the electrical, fire and safety, HVAC, walls, flooring, insulation, and plumbing.
The project is being executed at a topsides facility in Louisiana and is scheduled for completion in 3Q 2017.
This is the second single-lift project awarded this year for LQT’s New Construction and Refurbishment Division, the company said.
