HOUSTON– Sulzer has won an OTC Spotlight Award for the compact mass transfer and inline separation technology (cMIST).

ExxonMobil Upstream Research Co.’s cMIST replaces conventional TEG towers and associated separator vessels to meet pipeline dewpoint specifications. The system achieves this goal with reductions in weight, footprint and cost. cMIST for dehydration is licensed to Sulzer for onshore and offshore applications.
