Well intervention vessel starts operations for Petrobras

HOUSTON– The Siem Helix 1has started a multi-year well intervention services contract offshore Brazil.

Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. says that it agreed with Petrobras to begin operations at reduced day rates for the Siem Helix 1 as they work through certain items identified in the vessel acceptance process.
