ANTWERP, Belgium – Exmar and Vopak have decided not to pursue a transaction announced late last year.
At the time, the two parties reached a conditional agreement on Vopak acquiring Exmar’s participation in various floating storage and regasification facilities.
However, finalization of the deal was subject to consent and cooperation of multiple stakeholders.
