Petronas orders three platforms for Bokor re-development

Petronas Carigali has contracted Perbadanan Urusan Kejuruteraan dan Limbungan Brooke to manage engineering for the Bokor Phase III re-development offshore Sarawak.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Petronas Carigali has contracted Perbadanan Urusan Kejuruteraan dan Limbungan Brooke to manage engineering for the Bokor Phase III re-development offshore Sarawak.

The scope includes front-end engineering and design and engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of three wellhead platforms.

All the platforms will be installed at the Bokor field, 45 km (28 mi) northwest of Lutong, Miri.

Petronas operates the project under the Baram Delta EOR production-sharing contract, in partnership with Sarawak Shell.

Perbadanan Urusan Kejuruteraan dan Limbungan Brooke, owned by the Sarawak state government, is an engineering group specializing in ship repair, shipbuilding and fabrication of oil and gas offshore modules.
