Offshore staff
TEL AVIV, Israel – Delek Group says that two of its subsidiaries are planning to scale back their interests offshore Israel.
Avner Oil Exploration and Delek Drilling plan to establish a company through which they will sell up to 10% of their rights in the Tamar and Dalit gas fields in leases I/12 Tamar and I/13 Dalit.
The sale would be in compliance with initiatives announced under the government’s Gas Outline Plan.
