Offshore staff
HAMILTON, Bermuda – Saudi Aramco has awarded Asia Offshore Drilling (AOD) a three-year contract extension for the jackupAOD III until December 2019.
According to AOD co-venturer Seadrill, this will add around $112.5 million to the contract backlog.
It follows three-year extensions granted by Aramco last July to sister rigsAOD I and AOD II. All three jackups have been working in Saudi waters since 2013.
