ABERDEEN, UK – Marine electronic equipment renter/seller Seatronics has formed a partnership with consultancy Force Technology.
This provides Seatronics’ customers with access to Force’s field gradient sensor (FiGS) system, a non-contact cathodic protection (CP) inspection tool which is said to detect coating damage on exposed and buried pipelines and structures, accurately measure anode performance, and to help optimize CP retrofitting.
It is also said to offer cost savings and reduced inspection time.
The FiGS system will be available for rental throughout Seatronics’ bases in Aberdeen, Houston, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
