    RockRose secures stakes in three UK offshore fields

    RockRose Energy has agreed to acquire Maersk Oil North Sea UK’s interests in three producing fields.

    LONDON – RockRose Energy has agreed to acquire Maersk Oil North Sea UK’s interests in three producing fields.

    These areWytch Farm offshore/onshore the southern English coast (7.43%), and Scott and Telford in the UK central North Sea (5.16% and 2.36%). 

    The agreement is conditional on regulatory approval from the Oil and Gas Authority third-party consents.
