LARNACA, Cyprus – Prosafe’s newbuild offshore accommodation rig Safe Notos has started a long-term contract for Petrobras offshore Brazil, which runs until 3Q 2020.
Among the rest of the company’s fleet, theSafe Concordia remains on contract, while in the UK North Sea, Repsol Sinopec Resources has exercised options to extend the charter of the Safe Boreas by 21 days.
The rig will continue working alongside Montrose A through Jan. 27, 2017, at the reduced option period day rate.
