HOUSTON – Dril-Quip has acquired OilPatch Technologies under a deal that could eventually amount to $20 million.

OilPatch, formed in Houston in 1990, specializes in offshore riser systems and components, proprietary threaded connections and other products, with a focus on deepwater spar and TLP systems.
