COBHAM, UK – EPI Group (EPI) has acquired UK oil and gas geoscience consultancy PDF.
The latter, based in Oxfordshire and headed by Dr. Mark Enfield, provides exploration and production/development advisory services, also acting as the outsourced exploration department for various companies internationally.
Services include: integrated field evaluations and production enhancement; detailed prospect level geoscience, developing assets to the drill-ready stage and acting as operator where required; basin and block level play evaluation and new ventures screening; data management; due diligence evaluations and corporate support, including running and maintaining operated assets and fund raising.
EPI’s core business is supporting marine and onshore seismic surveys, data processing, environmental projects and wellsite operations.
