RIO DE JANEIRO– Petrobras plans to appeal against an injunction granted to suspend divestment of concession rights for the offshore Baúna and Tartaruga Verde fields.
The company says the transaction was conducted in compliance with the stages laid down in Brazil’s Divestment System, designed to ensure widespread competition among potential interested parties.
