SHARJAH, UAE – Lamprell has delivered the newbuild jackup Ensco 141 to Ensco Intercontinental.
The two parties signed the construction contract in April 2014: this is the second jackup of theLeTourneau Super 116E (Enhanced) Class design that Lamprell has supplied to Ensco.
For the time being the rig will be warm-stacked alongside its sister jackup at Lamprell’s stacking facility in Hamriyah, UAE.
Four more newbuild jackups are under construction at Hamriyah, all progressing as planned and will be delivered over the next six months.
