Offshore staff
LONDON – African Petroleum has signed a letter of intent with an unnamed international E&P company.
This is a non-binding proposal concerning the possible acquisition of interests inlicenses A1 and A4 offshore The Gambia. African Petroleum currently holds 100% of both blocks.
It is conditional upon confirmation of the government of an extension of the exploration periods in both cases of at least 12 months.
