Offshore staff
ABERDEEN, UK –Statoil expects pre-drilling of production wells on the Mariner field in the offshore East Shetland basin to begin in November.
The development plan calls for four to six wells to be ready before start-up in 2018.
Next year, the company also plans to drill an exploratory well in theMariner area.
