SELANGOR, Malaysia– Petra Resources Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding with MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd to collaborate on brownfield engineering and design opportunities in the Malaysian oil and gas market.
The partnership is expected to help the companies during the bidding process.
The MoU’s duration is one year, effective from its July 20 signing, with the option to extend as agreeable to the two companies.
The two companies expect for the this cooperation and collaboration will benefit both parties based on a contractor-subcontractor relationship, Petra said in a Bursa filing from parent company Petra Energy Berhad.
