HOUSTON– Advisian has appointed Geeta Thakorlal as president of INTECSEA.
She succeedsNeil Mackintosh, who will take on the role of executive vice president of global sales and marketing for Advisian, the independent management and technical consulting business line of the WorleyParsons Group.
Thakorlal has more than 30 years of management and professional services experience, the last 25 years of which have been in the international oil and gas industry, predominantly in upstream for greenfield and brownfield offshore and onshore projects. She previously served as global head of INTECSEA’s Offshore Select business and senior vice president for the INTECSEA Australia/New Zealand region.
She earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in chemical and materials engineering from the University of Auckland. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
