HOUSTON and DUBAI, UAE – Rubicon Oilfield International has acquired Tercel Oilfield Products from Lime Rock Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With Tercel’s portfolio of downhole well construction products anddrilling and completion technologies, Rubicon said that the acquisition establishes a global platform for delivery of well construction solutions.
Tercel CEO Hossam Elbadawy said: “We have worked to establish ourselves as the leader in torque and drag reduction in the construction of horizontal and extended reach wells. Our practical innovation approach to product development and service delivery is unmatched in the industry.”
