Offshore staff
MOSCOW – Rosneft, Keppel Offshore & Marine, and MH Wirth have agreed to form a joint venture to create a design and engineering center in Russia for offshore drilling rigs.
This will support projects at theZvezda Shipbuilding complex in Vladivostok, eastern Russia, and should also attract orders from other Russian and international companies, Rosneft claims.
In addition, the center will be also engaged in engineering and design training.
