HOUSTON — Master Flo Valve Inc. is unveiling a high-pressure/high-temperature (HP/HT) subsea choke valve, a pneumatic actuator, and a self-contained modulating choke during OTC at NRG Park.

The new P4-20Ksi ultra HP/HT subsea choke valve is rated to 400°F (204°C) and 20,000 psig (138,000 kPa), with a design based on API 17TR8 and ASME Div 3.

The new actuation product is its DSA-Series single-acting spring diaphragm actuator. Its large diaphragm area allows operation using low pneumatic pressures with an opposing spring providing either fail-closed (standard) or fail-open (optional) action.

The HL2-Series self-contained low-power electro-hydraulic modulating choke provides a low-power consumption solution for automation in established or remote installations where there are both electric and hydraulic power supply limitations.

The company says the low-power electro-hydraulic self-contained actuator design can run independently on solar power, offers a compact system with speed and accurate positioning stability, and the benefits of a linear hydraulic without the expense of hydraulic power units and lines.

Master Flo is exhibiting at booth #1841.
