TORONTO – The Shell-operated Corrib field offshore northwest Ireland continues to produce strongly, according to partner Vermillion Energy, with robust well deliverability and minimal downtime.

Five of the six wells are capable of production with the remaining well to be brought online this summer, concluding the offshore work program.

Production remains subject to limitations on maximumpipeline operating pressures while previously-planned certification activities are conducted on the Irish distribution pipeline network.

On completion of the recertification process, production at the field is expected to rise to peak (net to Vermilion) of 58 MMcf/d (9,700 boe/d).
