LONDON – Britain’s government has extended the initial exploration phase of offshore Isle of Wight license P1916 to Jan. 31, 2017.
According to operatorUK Oil and Gas Investments, the extension will provide the time needed to finalize drilling plans and obtain regulatory permissions for a well on the M prospect.
