HOUSTON – Stallion Oilfield Holdings has named David C. Mannon as president and CEO, and member of the board of directors effective immediately.
Mannon previously served as CEO and president of Parker Drilling Co., as well as CEO and president of Triton Engineering Services.
Mannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
