DUBLIN, Ireland – San Leon Energy is seeking to raise $44 million via a proposed conditional placing of new ordinary shares.
The funds would be used to funds planned exploration drilling, including a first exploratory well on theDurresi license offshore Albania.
San Leon aims to spud this well during 4Q from an onshore location. It estimates the cost at around $7.6 million.
