HOUSTON – Endeavour International (OTC: ENDRQ) (LSE: ENDV) is to offer its North Sea oil and gas assets for sale. These include stakes in the Rochelle and Alba field developments in the UK central sector.
The company has engaged Blackstone Advisory Partners L.P. as its financial advisor.
Endeavour will consider a full range of options, which could include a sale of individual assets.
