CALGARY, Canada -- Ithaca Energy (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) has received a Statement of Claim from a law firm concerning its Greater Stella Area project in the UK central North Sea.
The Statement relates to supposed misrepresentation of information on the past schedule for completion of modifications to the PF-1 floating production platform that Petrofac is conducting.
Ithaca says it refutes any such allegations and will take all necessary legal measures to defend itself against the Statement.
