Offshore staff
LONDON – ExxonMobil Exploration and Production (Northern Madagascar) and Sterling Energy (UK) Ltd. have signed to relinquish the Ampasindava block offshore Madagascar.
After a subsurface reassessment of Ampasindava prospectivity, and with Phase 3 of the exploration period expiring in mid-2016, the partners met with Madagascar’s Office des Mines Nationales et des Industries Stratégiques and agreed to relinquish the tract.
