HONG KONG – Wang Yilin has resigned from his positions as chairman of the board, chairman of the Nomination Committee, and non-executive director of CNOOC Ltd.
The company’s board of directors has appointed Yang Hua as chairman of the board and chairman of the Nomination Committee.
