VIENNA, Austria – ExxonMobil and partner OMV have completed drilling of the Dolphin-1 exploratory well in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea.
The rig has since moved to a new drilling location. The partners will consider further exploration targets this year, OMV said.
In the Norwegian North Sea, the company says production is back to normal at the Statoil-operatedGudrun field following technical issues earlier this year.
Off New Zealand, OMV expects its oil production to ramp up as additional planned wells are drilled on theMaari field.
