Solstad contracts Thai platform installation support

SINGAPORE – Solstad Offshore Asia Pacific has awarded iSURVEY Pte Ltd. a marine construction support contract to provide positioning and survey support for its 2015 platform installation program in Thailand, on board the DLB Norce Endeavour.
iSURVEY services will include positioning and monitoring during jacket setting, together with final positioning, levelling and survey assistance during pile cut-off.
Subsea positioning is to be provided to integrate IKM Subsea’s Merlin work-class ROV into installation operations.
