WEST PERTH, Australia –Nido Petroleum Ltd. (ASX:NDO) has finalized all remaining conditions with respect to the transaction and has completed its acquisition of 100% of Galoc Production Co. WLL.
Nido, via its wholly owned subsidiaries Nido Production (Galoc) Pty Ltd. and the Galoc Production Co. WLL, holds a combined 55.88% working interest in theGaloc oil field, located in Service Contract 14C1 in the Philippines.
