HOUSTON – Qingdao McDermott Wuchuan Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd. has completed a fasttrack compression process module fabrication project for Jord Oil & Gas Systems B.V.
Jord was contracted to provide engineering, procurement, and construction of a jackup compression platform to be linked to the PEMEX Akal G-1 platform offshore Mexico.
The scope of work included construction engineering, procurement of bulk materials, fabrication, pre-commissioning, and transportation of three process modules, related skids, and a flare boom.
Qingdao McDermott Wuchuan Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd. is a joint venture between a subsidiary of McDermott International Inc. and China Shipbuilding Industry Corp.
