Offshore US rig count holds steady

HOUSTON –Baker Hughes count of rigs operating offshore US held steady last week at 54. Of this number, 53 were in the Gulf of Mexico.

This in a week where the total US rotary rig count dropped 42, reaching 1,568 as compared to 1,610 the week prior.
